Her Story
Meili is the founder of Lead Her Story, a blog dedicated to empowering women in leadership and guiding men to become supportive allies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications Management and a master’s degree in Design Management. Through her studies, she developed a deep understanding of how leadership, gender dynamics, and communication intersect, providing her with the tools to critically analyze systemic inequalities and challenge societal norms.
By combining her academic background with ongoing research in gender studies, Meili explores how diverse, inclusive approaches to leadership can drive positive change. Through her writing, she aims to inspire others to lead with compassion, resilience, and purpose, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable world.
